Hawkeye Campus Properties LLC and Hawkeye Construction are both locally owned and operated companies. Mark of Hawkeye Construction has been maintaining rental properties in the Iowa City area since 1996 while Liz founded Hawkeye Campus Properties LLC in 2009 to complete the package and combine to be able to service all aspects of residential rental properties. Hawkeye Campus Properties LLC is a licensed real estate firm in the state of Iowa with Liz licensed as the broker/owner.
